Kevin has served as the President and CEO of Broadstreet since 2011. Prior to his current role, Kevin served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of National Equity Fund (NEF) from 2001 to 2010. Prior to NEF, he worked at KPMG, LLP in its real estate audit and financial services consulting practices. Kevin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Donna oversees all aspects of deploying NMTCs for our clients and for Broadstreet’s growing NMTC tax syndication business including management of a team dedicated to deal origination, industry relations, advisory board relations, post close portfolio management, and compliance reporting. Prior to joining Broadstreet, Donna served as a Senior Director of Structured Finance and Healthy Food Access at Reinvestment Fund. Donna holds a M.S. in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Sociology from Saint Joseph’s University. She also sits on the board of the Pan American Academy Charter School in Philadelphia.

Steve focuses on the operational management of several teams, growing Broadstreet’s lines of business, and pursuing strategic partnership opportunities. He was previously head of Fund Management at the National Equity Fund (NEF), where his group structured funds that invested more than $8 billion of impact capital in affordable multifamily housing. Before NEF, Steve worked at Smith Barney, a Citigroup company. Steve graduated from the University of Richmond with a B.S. in Business Administration and is a CFA® charterholder.

Adriana Sandoval, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Adriana joined Broadstreet as its Chief Financial Officer in 2022 and leads its financial and operational strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Broadstreet, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of RKON where, as a result of her contributions, she was recognized as one of the top 25 Women Leaders in IT Managed Services. Prior to that role, Adriana provided regulatory oversight for private equity, hedge, common, and collective trust funds. She was also responsible for growing the FATCA and CRS business at Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services. Adriana has also held roles in structured finance, asset-based lending, and private equity. She is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Master of Accounting and Financial Management, and completed the Emerging CFO program at Stanford University.
Tonya Wallach

As Senior Vice President of Talent, Tonya increases employee engagement by working to build a diverse, inclusive, values-driven culture. She has accountability for talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, and organizational development. Her career spans several disciplines and sectors. Before Broadstreet, Tonya built an HR function at the U.S. Soccer Federation, built a corporate university for Kraft Foods, coached full-time MBA students to strengthen their leadership, interpersonal and consulting skills at Chicago Booth, and helped organizations increase process efficiency while a consultant at Arthur Andersen. She holds a BBA from the University of Michigan, and an MS in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University.
Daniel Brett

Daniel leads efforts to measure, manage, and optimize the positive impact of Broadstreet’s and clients’ investments within under-resourced communities. Prior to joining Broadstreet, Daniel served as Director of Research and Consulting at Pacific Community Ventures, where he managed consulting engagements with investors across asset classes, evaluations of impact investment portfolios, and field-building research projects including Impact Investing 2.0, Moving Beyond Job Creation, and the Impact Due Diligence Guide. Daniel has 15+ years of international and domestic experience across diverse fields including financial inclusion, quality job creation, food security, affordable housing, clean energy, and sustainable supply chains. He holds a BA in Economic and Environmental Science from Tufts University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Oxford.
Grace Earle
Senior Manager
Grace leads the development and improvement of Broadstreet’s impact management (IM) systems – both at the fund and company level – with the goal of building best-in-class systems to employ as we offer IM as a service to our clients. Grace joins us from the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN), the impact investing market’s industry group, where she developed digital products and resources for investors to strengthen their IM approach. Prior to the GIIN, Grace held various leadership positions at an ad-tech start-up and a global social enterprise focused on off-grid solar products. Grace holds an MPA with a focus on social impact, innovation, and investment from NYU.
Charu Gupta

Charu leads Broadstreet’s impact advisory services, which advises investors on research-based strategies to deploy catalytic capital for community development and measure and manage the impact of their investments. Prior to Broadstreet, Charu was Managing Director at RW Ventures LLC, where she developed inclusive economic growth strategies for regions and communities across the country. She brings several years of experience in community and economic development and financial inclusion. Charu earned a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of California-Berkeley and a Bachelor’s in Finance and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Aditya Nekkanti

Aditya supports the development and improvement of Broadstreet’s impact management (IM) systems, research and evaluation of funds managed by Broadstreet, and all things related to impact data. Aditya previously worked at Pacific Community Ventures where he supported consulting engagements with investors focusing on impact strategy, impact evaluation, and data analysis and visualization. He also supported research efforts and published Managing Negative Impacts, a report providing best practices in understanding and mitigating the negative outcomes of impact investments. Aditya graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Business Administration.
Akshay Chhajed
Analyst
Akshay works on diverse activities including construction draws, borrower reporting, financial reviews for third-party clients, risk rating and data collection. He graduated with a BBA from the University of Michigan in April 2018 and worked as a finance specialist at an energy company and as a business development intern at an environmental non-profit in the Houston, Texas area prior to starting at Broadstreet. He also previously interned in communications at a tech startup in Dublin, Ireland and in business analytics at a digital payments firm in Mumbai (Bombay), India.

Kenny manages compliance processes for LISC and our client portfolios such as AMIS reporting, NMTC unwinds, project financial performance, annual compliance reporting, and investor reporting. Prior to joining Broadstreet, he was an Associate, Asset Manager at SDS Capital Group overseeing $500+ million portfolio investments for their clients. Kenny earned a BS in Financial Mathematics & Statistics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Lexmare is an associate on our Lending & Investing team focused on asset management. She primarily works on managing compliance and monitoring financial performance for LISC and our client portfolios. Prior to joining Broadstreet, she held several positions managing affordable housing projects. Lexmare brings over 10 years of compliance and affordable housing management experience. She holds a graduate certificate in Real Estate Finance from CUNY/Baruch College, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Business Law from CUNY/Lehman College.

Deb Stump-Niewoehner

As Vice President of NMTC Investing, Deb is responsible for pipeline development and originations for LISC’s NMTC Allocation. She brings over 11 years of tax credit experience. Deb began her career in the tax credit industry at US Bancorp Community Development Corporation, where she managed a $1.5 billion portfolio of NMTC Investments. She also has tax credit consulting experience where she assisted projects with securing NMTC allocation, structuring and closing deals. Prior to working in the tax credit industry she practiced real estate law. Deb holds a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
Eric Mazelis
Manager
Eric works on the NMTC originations team assisting with originations, project credit analysis, and interfacing with the local LISC teams. Eric brings a diverse background in supporting economic development, having worked on municipal development in Oak Park, assisting entrepreneurs at Accion Chicago (now Allies for Community Business), and managing relationships with SMB on the Chase Business Banking team. Eric holds a B.B.A. in Finance with a Political Science double major from the University of Notre Dame.
Wendy Weiss

As Vice President of NMTC Investing, Wendy is responsible for pipeline development and originations for Broadstreet’s growing NMTC tax syndication business. Prior to joining Broadstreet, Wendy worked for a real estate development company that develops healthcare facilities in medically underserved areas. Prior to that, she managed the NMTC programs for Nonprofit Finance Fund and for PIDC, Philadelphia’s economic development agency. Wendy earned a BBA in Accounting from Temple University and an MBA in Finance from Drexel University. She serves on the boards of Heroic Gardens and Sugga Mamas Diabetes Prevention and Management.
Mariel Kennedy

Mariel leads the fund modeling efforts and fundamental financial analysis for Fund Management. As part of this role, she assists with fund development and structuring for new funds as well as maintenance and optimization of existing funds. Mariel brings experience in forecasting, valuation, portfolio risk, and fundamental research to the team. Previously, Mariel worked at Citadel Global Equities where she was a Semiconductor and Industrial investor in Citadel’s Hedge Fund business. Before that, she worked at Goldman Sachs. Mariel graduated from The University of Notre Dame where she studied Anthropology and Finance and spent her summers working on archeological digs. Mariel is an ambassador for Girls Who Invest.
Mark King, CFA
Vice President, Intermediary Lending
Mark leads Broadstreet’s Intermediary Lending business by identifying local, mission aligned partners and providing them with capital to expand their impact lending. Throughout his career, Mark has focused on providing debt capital to entrepreneurs. Mark and his core team invested $1.6 billion in 560+ venture capital backed companies at Heller Financial, GE Capital, BlueCrest Capital and Ares Capital. Mark started his career in international micro-enterprise lending with Opportunity International, and urban economic development with Chicago's South Shore Bank. Mark holds a B.A. from Wheaton College, an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and is a CFA® charter holder. He is active in Chicago economic development as a board member with Entrenuity and Together Chicago.
Brent Kuennen
Vice President
Brent leads the Fund Management team at Broadstreet, where he manages a team responsible for fund development, structuring and modeling, raising capital, and investor relations. He works with investors, community development organizations and capital providers across the country to develop and close specialty impact loan funds. Before joining Broadstreet, Brent was a Fund Manager at the National Equity Fund (NEF) for five years. He structured and managed affordable housing investment funds, closing $1 billion in investments while overseeing part of NEF’s $10 billion portfolio. Brent holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance and real estate from the University of Northern Iowa and an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Outside of work, Brent serves as a delegate for Hummingbird Missions, which brings medical services to rural communities in Haiti and El Salvador.
Gralen Vereen
Analyst
As an analyst, Gralen assists his colleagues with developing and maintaining fund models, tracking fund performance, and maintaining fund reporting. Gralen graduated from Clark University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and an array of experiences ranging from project management to generating financial statements. Outside of work, Gralen supports the Mosakowski Institute for Public Enterprise as a Program Assistant, is a mentor to young men attending Clark University, and serves as a MiS Next Coordinator for Minorities in Sports.
Justin Zdunek
Senior Fund Manager
Justin oversees the financial modeling and performance analysis for the specialty funds that Broadstreet develops, structures and manages. He is responsible for performing quarterly analysis for the funds he manages and for closing new investments into those funds. Justin’s additional responsibilities include evaluating Broadstreet’s fund strategy through capital mix and asset-liability decision making and performance analysis. He has extensive experience underwriting transactions to comply with various public/private programs. Justin graduated from the University of Dayton, where he majored in finance and minored in marketing.
Emmanuel Achinka, CPA
Vice President
Emmanuel leads a team dedicated to fund accounting and reporting at Broadstreet, ensuring accurate, on-time reporting for all Broadstreet-managed and -administered entities. He serves as the accounting subject matter expert related to fund and investment structuring, GAAP and tax reporting, and other activities related to the execution of fund reporting. Before joining Broadstreet, he worked as Engagement Manager at Standish Management, where he managed several private equity and real estate funds and built various waterfall models. Emmanuel has an accounting degree from the University of Buea and an MBA from Texas Woman's University. He is also a CPA.
Maria Castillo

Maria works closely with the Fund Administration team, performing various client-related functions. She also handles corporate administrative responsibilities, ensuring our office operations run smoothly. Prior to Broadstreet, Maria spent eight years at the National Equity Fund (NEF).

As Vice President of Partner Services, Courtney oversees our business development and client relations initiatives for our financial services offerings. Courtney has over twenty years experience in client management and investor relations. Before joining Broadstreet, she was head of Client Service for Mesirow Financial’s Currency Management group for five years. Prior to that role, she served in client management positions at Aurora Investment Management, LLC, The Northern Trust Company and UBS Financial Services, Inc. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science degree from the Northwestern University School of Communications.

Lisette is a Staff Accountant on the Fund Administration team. She graduated from DePaul University in 2019 with a bachelor of Science in Accounting. Before joining Broadstreet, she worked as a Tax Associate at a mid-size CPA firm specializing in Individual, Trust, and business tax preparations.

Duvy Licona
Fund Accountant
Duvy is responsible for the preparation and analysis of the financial statements as well as communicating with respective clients, tax, and auditors regarding fund entities. She is also responsible for monitoring cash activity and monthly cash reconciliation. Duvy graduated from Brigham-Young University Idaho and has five years of experience in private accounting and two years in a public accounting firm working in the Finance department.
Daniella Marrone
Accounting Manager
Daniella is an Accounting Manager on the Fund Administration team. She is responsible for the preparation, review and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements for numerous entities that Broadstreet administers and manages. She has a wide variety of experience in financial accounting and tax preparation. Prior to Broadstreet, her focus centered around fund accounting within the real estate sector. She earned her BA in Accounting and Master's of Taxation (MST) from DePaul University.
Jay Ricker, CPA
Senior Accounting Manager
Jay Ricker oversees financial statement preparation and investor reporting. Jay previously worked in public accounting for four years and in accounting for a manufacturing company for two years. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a bachelor's degree in accounting and a minor in Spanish. He is a CPA.
Joshua Talley
Associate
Joshua ensures records are correct in the loan servicing system, invoices borrowers for loans, and ensures lenders to fund entities are repaid as scheduled. He reconciles payments and disbursements daily, updates and closes loans within the loan servicing system, prepares payoff letters and responds to any general inquiries a team member or borrower may have. He is also part of the treasury team assisting in daily tasks including cash processing and ACH activity for internal and external clients. Before joining Broadstreet, Joshua worked at JPMorgan for ten years. He held multiple roles within the company, most recently as a Client Service Associate in Treasury and an Operations Team Leader in their Wholesale Lending department. He studied HR Business & Management at Ashford University.
Brandon Williams

Brandon oversees the day-to-day responsibilities of the loan servicing and treasury functions, managing client relationships and troubleshooting issues. Brandon also focuses on process and technology improvements. Before joining Broadstreet, Brandon worked at JPMorgan as an Operations Manager in their Wholesale Lending department. Brandon graduated from the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign with a B.S. in Finance.
Ariel Hargrave
Senior Marketing Manager
Ariel leads all aspects of marketing, including designing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan, managing the brand and overseeing the creation of content across all media. Prior to joining Broadstreet, Ariel served in marketing roles at Ariel Investments and Driehaus Capital Management focused on brand, creative services and digital marketing. She holds a BA in Advertising and Graphic Design from Bradley University.
Arika Harrison
Operations Analyst
Arika joined Broadstreet in July 2021 through the Project 55 fellowship program, which places recent Princeton graduates in year-long, service-oriented work fellowships around the country. As part of the Operations team, Arika facilitates moving from new ideas to implemented strategy. She is also responsible for actualizing organizational plans to prepare Broadstreet for growth. Before joining Broadstreet, Arika earned a BA in Politics from Zoom University, Princeton campus, and interned with Prosperity Now and the U.S. Department of State.
Marisol Martinez

Marisol is the Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting. In this integral position, she is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and precision of the company’s accounting processes, while reinforcing internal controls and enhancing documentation of essential functions. Prior to joining Broadstreet, she worked at RKON for seven years where she progressed through several roles and ultimately became a Senior Accounting Manager. Marisol’s expertise extends beyond corporate accounting, encompassing experiences in the IT managed services and healthcare industries. Her academic achievements include a BA degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from DeVry University, along with a Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
Virginia Midkiff

Virginia serves on Broadstreet's Operations team, where she works to develop our internal processes and communications, ensure that staff have the tools and training they need to meet and exceed client expecations, and help incorporate organizational learning into quality control measures. She graduated with a degree in religious studies from Princeton University and now serves as chairperson of the Chicago area committee of Princeton's Project 55 fellowship, which places recent Princeton graduates in year-long, service-oriented work fellowships around the country. Virginia is also a member of the Chicago Public Library Foundation's Associate Board, which provides funding for CPL programs like Teacher in the Library, YOUmedia, Maker Lab and more to Chicago residents.

Paulina Mercado

Paulina joined Broadstreet as a Senior Accountant in the Corporate Accounting team in 2022. Her responsibilities include assisting with the enhancement and modernization of Broadstreet's accounting processes while also elevating the internal controls and documentation of fundamental accounting operations. Paulina has over 12 years of experience in business operations. After working in operations, she decided to pursue a career with a focus in accounting. Prior to Broadstreet, through arduous work, flexibility, and embracing change, Paulina worked her way up to a Senior Accountant role at a mid-market IT service provider. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Governors University. Paulina is currently pursuing the CPA license.

Greg Belinfanti joined OEP in 2006 and is a Senior Managing Director based in New York and a member of the Investment Committee and Valuation Committee. During his tenure at OEP, Mr. Belinfanti has worked on a number of investments in the healthcare and business services industries and has led many of OEP’s healthcare transactions. Mr. Belinfanti is a member of the Board of Directors of AdaptHealth, AMT/Restorix, Ernest Health, Infucare Rx, Montgomery Transport, and Prime Time Healthcare and has previously been a member of the Board of Directors of Apollo Health Street, ArthroCare, Celltrion Healthcare, EGS, OneLink, Prodigy, PS Logistics, The Results Companies, Simplura Health Group, and Systagenix.
Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Belinfanti served as a Vice President in the Investment Banking division of Lehman Brothers, specializing in Global Healthcare. Mr. Belinfanti received his B.A. in Politics from New York University and his J.D. from Harvard University.
Kurt Chilcott
President + CEO Emeritus, CDC Small Business Finance
For over 35 years, Kurt Chilcott has been dedicated to economic development and creating access to responsible and affordable capital for small businesses. Mr. Chilcott served as the president and CEO of CDC Small Business Finance (CDC) from 1998-2021, helping the organization to become the leading small business lender in the country. While there he helped pioneer a variety of new mission-based lending products and advanced strategic initiatives to raise capital. Mr. Chilcott also serves on the boards of the National Association of Development Companies, the California Endowment, and the International Economic Development Council. Prior to leading CDC, Mr. Chilcott worked for the City of San Diego to help reshape its economic development strategy creating one of the first industry cluster-based regional economic development strategies in the nation and leading the revitalization of numerous underserved communities throughout San Diego. Mr. Chilcott received his Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a Master of Public Policy degree from University of California, Berkeley.
Lisa Glover

Lisa L. Glover has served as LISC’s CEO since February 2021. She has been a member of the LISC National Board of Directors since 2010 and chair of its Audit Committee since 2012. An active community leader, she previously served as the Chair of LISC Milwaukee’s Local Advisory Committee. Lisa is a former Executive Vice President at U.S. Bank, retiring in March, 2020 after a 33 year career that included leadership roles in Community Affairs, risk management, and process improvement. Lisa holds a BBA in Corporate Finance from Iowa State University and a Master of Library and Information Science from University of Wisconsin.
Amir Kirkwood
President & Chief Executive Officer, Virginia Community Capital
As President and CEO, Amir Kirkwood leads the organization in its mission to promote an enhanced quality of life for the communities VCC Social Enterprises (VCCSE) serves. Amir has more than 20 years of banking and economic development finance experience. Prior to joining VCCSE, he served Opportunity Finance Network as Chief Investment and Network Officer. Amir was also responsible for management of all membership related operations including investment portfolio management, membership services, peer learning and programs and research. Amir helped the firm raise capital to support long term financing needs of the CDFI industry and was responsible for management of OFN’s $900 million of investments in CDFIs. He was a member of the Investment Committee and Credit Review Committee where he assisted the firm in risk and portfolio management.
Prior to OFN, Amir was First Vice President, Business Development where he was responsible for originations supporting Amalgamated Bank’s mission and impact banking goals. Internally, Amir worked across departments to develop Amalgamated Bank’s first Board approved credit policy for mission lending. Prior to Amalgamated Bank, Amir served as Partner at Next Street, playing various roles to support business development and client management, with a focus on financial services and financial intermediaries. Before Next Street, Amir was a Director in Citigroup’s Municipal Securities Division working as a relationship banker for Citi Community Capital. He managed origination with municipal agencies, CDFIs, intermediary lenders, Community Development Corporations, and nonprofits within target markets across the United States.
Amir is actively engaged in several volunteer activities that support community and economic development. He sits on several boards, including the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone, Hot Bread Kitchen, ROC USA, Pacific Community Ventures and the Community Fund Board for Habitat for Humanity New York.
Amir holds a B.A. in Political Science from Aurora University and completed graduate studies in economic policy management at Columbia University.
Barbara Libove
SVP and Deputy CFO, LISC
Barbara is the Deputy CFO at LISC, where she has oversight of the Financial Planning and Analysis, Grants and Contracts Management, and Recoverable Grants functions. Barbara oversees the formulation and execution of the organization’s $370 million expense budget, informs capital planning strategies for LISC’s loan portfolio, and assesses all emerging initiatives across LISC’s field offices and national programs. Barbara is a board member and audit committee chair at Broadstreet: Impact Services, an audit committee member of LISC Fund Management, and a retirement committee member at LISC.
Prior to joining LISC in October 2018, Barbara held leadership roles at Freelancers Union, which piloted a group insurance plan for freelance workers, Nonprofit Finance Fund, a NYC-based CDFI, and the Partnership Fund for New York City, a venture capital fund. Barbara started her career at Morgan Stanley where she was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division. Barbara holds a BS in Economics from Duke University.
Gina Nisbeth

Gina D. Nisbeth is the founder and President of 9th & Clinton, a national firm that provides strategic advisory and investment structuring expertise to real estate developers, fund managers, nonprofits and for-profit organizations investing for impact.
Previously, Gina was a Director at Citi in the Structured Lending & Investments Group. Spanning over two decades, her most recent role was as Citi’s inaugural Executive in Residence with a minority deposit institution, where she established Unity National Bank’s community development finance platform.
Prior to that, Gina managed Citi’s national $1 billion New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) investments and its $800 million community development-focused private equity investments including transaction origination, structuring and portfolio management.
In 2020, Gina was tapped to deploy $200 million of private equity capital with Black fund managers and $50 million of loan participation opportunities with minority-owned banks for affordable housing preservation and development as part of Citi’s $1 billion commitment to racial equity.
A graduate of Rutgers College (B.A., Political Science) and an Eagleton Institute of Politics Undergraduate Fellow, Gina later received an M.B.A. from The Fox School of Business at Temple University with a concentration in Finance. She has completed a graduate certificate in Creative Cities and Economic Development at New York University.

Prior to joining PocketSuite, Chinwe served as President & Chief Strategy Officer for Great Place to Work™ where she advised leaders on culture, change management and leadership effectiveness at the largest telecommunications company, the largest bio-pharma companies, and the fastest growing SaaS companies in the world. Previously, Onyeagoro worked at top management consultancies including McKinsey & Company and The Monitor Group – acquired by Deloitte in 2013. Chinwe was the founder of O-H Community Partners (OHcp), an economic development consulting firm, and FundWell, a financial services technology firm, which raised a combined $150 million in financing for small businesses and social enterprises across the country. Onyeagoro earned her A.B. in Economics and East Asian Studies from Harvard University and is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
